The Back Channel
This is the room behind the rooms.
If you’ve found this, you already know me from somewhere — the YouTube channel, the Discord, a build I shipped, a project I loaded onto your laptop at a weird hour. That’s the front-of-house. This is the back channel.
It’s not a build log. The build logs live on the videos. It’s not a status feed. The pulse is across the hall. It’s not a marketing surface. Cough. It’s the room where I think out loud about what I’m noticing — patterns in the work, things I’m wrestling with that don’t fit a 40-minute YouTube format, the residue you don’t see on the polished version.
I’ll write here when something needs to come out. Not weekly, not on a schedule. Sometimes it’ll be three sentences. Sometimes it’ll be a wall of text. Either way it’ll be unedited the way my videos aren’t, because I don’t expect anyone to read this who doesn’t already trust me.
The plan, such as it is: leave the door propped open and see who shows up.
